By the time I hit the run course temperatures were up to 28 degrees which made for a hot race. Im really pleased i made a podium position and thank Aston Knowles for coming along and offering me support throughout the day. Im looking forward to my next Olympic distance race at the Liverpool British Triathlon championships on the 10th August’.
