o Are you aware of being in contact with anyone who has Covid-19 or anyone who has displayed the above symptoms?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If the answer is YES<\/strong> to any of these, we will postpone the appointment, until you are able to attend without risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n During your appointment, be it for a viewing or appraisal, we will take the following measures. o We request that only 2 people<\/strong> attend each appointment, excluding the agent. Please discuss with us if you require more people to attend.
o All parties must sanitise their hands<\/strong> immediately after entering the properties.
o All internal door handles and contact points will be wiped down before viewers enter.
o Where possible all windows and doors will be opened before entering a property.
o Viewings are subject to approval by the owner of the property.
o Back to back viewings will be spaced to provide sufficient time to reduce contact and sanitize contact points.
