Sophie launched Aston Knowles Chartered surveyors and Estate Agents in 2014 and since this time has sold over \u00a364m worth of Sutton Coldfield\u2019s finest properties. Whilst reading her entry the judges were impressed with the prices secured on high end properties, particularly the achievement of selling the two most expensive houses in the West Midlands in the past two years. Sophie has followed her dream to change the perception of estate agency by excelling in communication, surpassing expectations in service levels and achieving results by thinking innovatively.
