They even made a little TV show about it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Well now three Birmingham-based companies have turned the property game ever so slightly on its head with their perfect demonstration of collaboration, collaboration, collaboration. And they even have a spellbinding little film to prove it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sutton Coldfield\u2019s prestige estate agency, Aston Knowles, has partnered with marketing firm&nbsp;Themightykeyboard.co.uk and production company, Tinker Taylor, to create the first in a long&nbsp;series of short films to market only the very finest of the region\u2019s properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Focused on the tremendous \u201cstory\u201d that\u2019s been lived within the walls of the beautiful&nbsp;Ashbrook House, the four minute epic was created to highlight the very best aspects of living&nbsp;there and to highlight the potential joys of becoming part of the property\u2019s rich history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And since Ashbrook House, in Four Oaks, was actually designed and built for a famous&nbsp;industrialist and politician over a century ago there was certainly a great tale to tell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAshbrook House is a truly gorgeous property and perfect in so many ways. It\u2019s the kind of&nbsp;home that almost everyone aspires to own, so when Themightykeyboard.co.uk and Tinker Taylor&nbsp;got in touch it seemed a natural fit for us to collaborate in creating something fittingly&nbsp;wonderful,\u201d said Aston Knowles director, Sophie Bullock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe homeowners have been waxing lyrical about how incredible their home looks on the film,&nbsp;and are so glad that the story of the property is being used to help in the marketing of a&nbsp;place they have cherished these many years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe knew moving into property movies would be a bold step forward for Aston Knowles but now&nbsp;we are more confident than ever that it has been a mighty leap in the right direction.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And the collaboration\u2019s first production is already proving to be a box office smash with online&nbsp;viewers scrambling to view the Arts &amp; Crafts-styled Ashbrook House in all its six&nbsp;bedroomed splendour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIt\u2019s been a genuine thrill to see so many people view the Ashbrook House movie and we\u2019re&nbsp;jubilant in seeing our hard work and dedication pay off so immediately,\u201d said Sam Taylor of&nbsp;production company Tinker Taylor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe on-line viewing figures have been very healthy indeed and we believe we\u2019ve been&nbsp;justified in our view that the West Midlands housing market can accommodate quality movie&nbsp;production in properly marketing the very finest homes for and to the very finest people.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Written, filmed and directed over a three day period, the film serves as a showcase of the&nbsp;talents of all involved and has proven hugely popular among the friends of the sellers and&nbsp;fellow Four Oaks residents, many of whom have vowed to have their own movie made when they&nbsp;come to sell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe Ashbrook House film is a cracking little production and we\u2019re all delighted with it,\u201d&nbsp;said Jason Kerrigan, creative director at Themightykeyboard.co.uk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSam Taylor and I are over the moon that Sophie was both canny and courageous enough to get&nbsp;involved with us on this venture. We\u2019ve created something that does everyone in the&nbsp;collaboration very proud and also does justice to the magnificence of Ashbrook House itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe attention the film has received has been heartwarming and we keep getting missed calls&nbsp;from California- Hollywood, no doubt, and my money is on it being that Steven Speilberg who\u2019s&nbsp;trying to reach us about getting in on the collaboration. But he\u2019ll have to wait in line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cOr else it could be that Meryl Streep. Or else Madonna. She\u2019ll be vying for a juicy part in&nbsp;the next epic and I know she\u2019s been on the hunt for something decent since she did Evita, and&nbsp;that\u2019s a while ago now. It could be Madonna: The Sutton Coldfield Era.
