As Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents our services include RICS Valuations. All of our RICS valuation work is undertaken by a Registered Valuer, who will market value using the criteria set out in the RICS ‘Red Book’ guidance document.

An RICS ‘Red Book’ Market Valuation differs from an estate agent’s valuation appraisal. Our surveyors assess the construction, size, condition, and location of a property in order to make an accurate valuation. A thorough technical assessment will be made by our extensively trained and experienced valuers. This information will be combined with the sale price of comparable properties that have recently sold in the area in order to provide an evidence-based valuation. A professional Market Valuation offers an accurate valuation as, unlike estate agents, there is no conflict of interest – a valuer does not earn commission.
