As a Chartered Surveyor and registered valuer, her commitment centered on fostering trust, open communication, and an unwavering dedication to exceeding expectations for vendors, landlords, tenants and purchasers alike.
The agency’s stellar achievements speak volumes, with Aston Knowles achieving sales exceeding £340 million in premium properties within the Sutton Coldfield area over the past decade. Notable among these triumphs is the sale of several of the region’s most opulent residences, including a remarkable £5 million transaction in 2022.
Adding to the accolades, Sophie Bullock earned the prestigious title of Young Surveyor of the Year in the residential category from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Juggling the responsibilities of owner-managing multiple successful property ventures, including Marwood Surveyors and block management business Aston Willis, Sophie has seamlessly balanced her professional achievements with the joys of raising three children since founding Aston Knowles’.
